Infinnergy
What is infinnergy?
Infinnergy refers to the positive, infinite, inner energy that is generated within and radiates from us when we are doing what we truly love to do. In this way, we not only raise our own energetic vibration and boost our joy, health, and wellbeing in multiple ways, but this also enables us to contribute our positive energy to the collective wellbeing of others.

Discover the health benefits
Dancing
“Increasing research is showing the full-body health benefits of dancing, which can offer the rewards of exercise without necessarily feeling like exercise. One recent study found that dancing led to significant improvements in body composition in people who were overweight or obese, specifically with fat loss and waist reductions. Another study found that dance was equally as effective as other forms of physical activity at improving quality of life for people with Parkinson’s, reducing anxiety, and improving depression symptoms. Preliminary evidence from that study also found dance was superior to other forms of physical activity in terms of improving motivation, memory, and social cognition. These studies did not discriminate between types of dancing, with various forms proving to be health-promoting.” – Mark Hyman, MD
Movement
“11 reasons you should start working out today: 1) Boost happiness levels. 2) Learn to set — and achieve — goals. 3) Reduce your risk of heart disease naturally. 4) Sleep better. 5) Get an energy boost. 6) Increase strength and flexibility. 7) Improve memory. 8) Increase self-confidence. 9) Perform better at work. 10) Become less susceptible to disease. 11) Live longer.” – Dr. Josh Axe, DC, DNM, CNS
Sound and music therapy
“Advanced sound therapies can rewire your body, mind, and soul for vibrant health and awakened living. 1) Sound may one day be used to completely eradicate cancer. 2) Sonic stimulation (through simple vocal exercises) can activate the widespread healing benefits of the vagus nerve — from reduced chronic inflammation and pain to a slowed-down aging process. 3) Music regenerates old cells by oxygenating their membranes — so you can initiate your own cellular fountain of youth! 4) Nitric oxide promotes vasodilation, increasing blood flow and accelerating healing — and can be produced in your body when you listen to specific kinds of sounds and music. 5) Joy from listening to music boosts dopamine levels, consequently producing white blood cells and promoting healing. 6) The membranes of your cells are imprinted with patterns of sound that can awaken sleeping aspects of your biology and create geometric imprints in blood, binding oxygen to hemoglobin molecules and activating the body’s healing mechanisms. 7) Sound gives birth to light and creates cell-to-cell communication. 8) The combination of sound or music with water can create a healing elixir that you can actually drink. 9) Sound is related to gravity, indicating that sound forms our biological relationship with the universe, with incredible new implications for our health.” – John Stuart Reid, acoustics-physics scientist
Socializing
“Socializing is good for your mind and body. ‘We are social animals by nature, so we tend to function better when we’re in a community and being around others,’ Dr. Sawchuk says. Socializing not only staves off feelings of loneliness, but also it helps sharpen memory and cognitive skills, increases your sense of happiness and wellbeing, and may even help you live longer. In-person is best, but connecting via technology also works.” – Mayo Clinic News Network
Nutrition
“Nutrition is the foundation of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It plays a vital role in supporting overall well-being, growth and development, and disease prevention. In today’s fast-paced world, understanding and practicing proper nutrition is more important than ever. The food we consume provides the necessary nutrients that fuel our bodies, support bodily functions and promote optimal health. Nutrition is the process of obtaining and utilising the essential nutrients needed for growth, development and maintenance of our bodies. These nutrients include carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and water. Each nutrient plays a unique role in our overall health, and a balanced intake of these nutrients is crucial for optimal functioning.” – College of Naturopathic Medicine
